It was tough competition but here are the 4 songs that qualified as "song of the year" and they now go to a panel of judges from out of town, including Grammy Winning Artist Pat Monahan.  All 4 artists are invited to perform at the Rock Erie Music Awards 2009 on Sunday, 9/27/09.
