Awards and Acknoledments:

• 2004 Bluefire won Best Teenage Rock Band in New York City at The New York International Music Festival
  
• They opened for Joe Bonamassa and won Best New Artist at The Great Lakes Music Festival
  
• In 2005 Josh, the lead guitarist, won the store championships in Cleveland Ohio at a Guitar Center guitar competition. He came in 1st out of 30 competitors. He went on to the districts where he finished in the top 8 out of 240.The winner was 43. Josh was 13.
  
• Recently they played in front of A&R people at The HardRock Cafe in Cleveland where they put on such an amazing performance they were asked back to play a second show.
  
• They are the primary interest of 2 of the labels that were there and we are hoping something may happen soon.
  
• Bluefire has been featured in Guitar Nines "undiscovered talent" along with various websites across the U.S.
